Continuing Professional Education (CPE)
At EnabledFuture, our training courses span core and specialist skills for adult continuing professional education (CPE). We welcome technical and non-technical professionals onto our courses. Whether they are looking to deepen their expertise, broaden their sector knowledge or engage more confidently with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
As training aimed at CPE, it is imperative that we link scientific and non-technical academic topic understanding with commercial realities. Therefore, our course material is replete with real-world projects and industrial case studies.
Learning Methodology
Throughout all our courses – we devise class exercises which examine the environmental consequences of human activities and the various approaches for reducing our impact on the planet. In order for that to be effective, our core modules take delegates through aspects of information research and evidence gathering. This is a unique approach adopted by EnabledFuture which is designed to enhance informed decision-making.
In addition, we incorporate Lifecycle Chemical Safety and Responsible Science aspects throughout all our courses. We ask our delegates to examine assumptions, assess claims and understand the wider consequences of industrial choices.
Our teaching encourages questions, discussion and practical application, helping delegates develop skills they can use in their work. Furthermore, we tailor training to your organisation’s technical background, priorities and decision-making needs.
Finally – our novel Train, Evaulate, Support and Transfer (T.E.S.T) framework provides a feedback loop for both instructor and delegates. According to our guiding principles – no delegate is left behind. EnabledFuture fosters a culture of two-way constructive feedback in its training courses, and across our other service areas.
The Hexagon MBA
As a training instructor, our CEO – Dr Michelle K. Lynch’s draws on her more than 30 years of industry experience. Therefore our teaching brings together technology evaluation, supply chain knowledge, patent analysis skills, market lifecycle trends.
Under her leadership, EnabledFuture has developed its prestigious Hexagon MBA program. One which brings together core and specialist individual modules in line with the Dr Lynch’s background and experience. We designed the Hexagon MBA specifically to serve a broad range of personnel working in the markets we serve (see our Sector Hexagons). With in-built flexibility, the Hexagon MBA provides for a tailored learning experience to suit individual professional development and desired career pathways.
We provide training for professionals working across chemicals, catalysts, rechargeable batteries, critical metals, energy and sustainability. Our Hexagon MBA abides by principles and frameworks for sustainability, and includes a dedicated set of sustainability training modules.
One consequence of the energy transition is that the allied industries are diversifying the energy sources and product ranges. Energy can take the form of a traditional hydrocarbon fuel such as gasoline, jet or diesel. It can also be stored in a battery, or in a chemical such as hydrogen, methanol or ammonia.
We reflect those trends in our courses and we are especially well-placed to train at the intersections of traditional supply chains and innovations such as electrification. Our course content always aims to integrate cross-sector and cross-functional knowledge. The Hexagon MBA is ideally placed to offer the breadth and depth necessary to achieve those outcomes.
